Alysa Schildcrout - President & Founding Partner

Alysa Schildcrout is the President and founding partner of Amicus Solutions, LLC, sister company to Amicus Search Group. While Amicus Search Group focuses on permanent attorney recruitment, Alysa’s work with Amicus Solutions centers on assisting law firms in enhancing their project and support teams. As an executive of Amicus Solutions, Alysa draws upon her prior experience as an area vice president and regional manager for two national staffing firms. Alysa has been instrumental in structuring a comprehensive benefits package, designed to enhance employee retention during long term legal projects.

Alysa currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Akiba Academy. Previously, Alysa served as the Annual Fund Co-Chair, which raises significant funds for the school's operations. Alysa graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1989 with a degree in finance and accounting. She then practiced in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche. Following public accounting, she received her MBA from Texas Tech University in 1994. Alysa has been involved in the recruiting industry since 1996.

Lee Allbritton is a founding partner of Amicus Solutions, LLC. Although Lee devotes the majority of his time to Amicus Search Group, LLC, which specializes in the permanent placement of attorneys, he also takes an active role advising the growth and development of Amicus Solutions. With more than a decade in the attorney search industry, Lee is an accomplished leader with extensive experience advising, consulting and working with law firms and in-house legal departments.

A native Texan and formerly practicing Texas attorney, Lee graduated with honors from the University of Virginia in 1989, following which he obtained his law degree cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center. As an attorney, Lee practiced civil litigation and labor and employment law in Houston with a national labor and employment firm. Prior to co-founding Amicus in 2004, Lee started and operated a highly successful legal search firm, ultimately becoming the largest Austin-based attorney search firm as ranked by the Austin Business Journal.

As a Managing Director of Amicus Solutions, BK assists Amicus clients in staffing temporary projects with qualified project attorneys and legal assistants. Known for her commitment to client service and unparalleled work ethic, BK brings 30 years of experience in the legal field. Having worked in virtually every administrative role in law firms, BK's relationships run deep and have enabled her to accurately and quickly meet our clients' needs whether they involve staffing an 80-attorney project or intuitively knowing the ideal fit for a key administrative or human resources position.

A serial overachiever with a genuine empathy for her clients and candidates, BK has truly never met a stranger. In addition to family, BK's greatest passions are client service and an inviolable set of personal ethics that make her a "go-to" legal recruiter for clients and candidates alike.

A native Texan and accomplished musician, BK adds depth, integrity and passion to the Amicus team. Outside of the office, BK volunteers her time and leadership to a number of professional, civic and philanthropic endeavors, including the Bay Area Women's Shelter, various judicial campaigns, and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo on which she has served for many years as a tenured member, committeeman and officer.

BK is resident in Amicus' Houston office, but is experienced in staffing large projects in all major Texas markets, New York, Washington, DC, and California. Prior to joining Amicus, BK held leadership roles with a well known national legal staffing company and a leading Houston-based litigation support and technology outsourcing company.

Stephanie Elovitz, Esq.

As Managing Director of Amicus Solutions, Stephanie specializes in working with law firms and corporations in providing contract attorneys for specialized projects as well as the permanent and temporary placement of all legal support staff.

Stephanie is a former litigation attorney as well as a former division director with a national legal staffing firm. She draws upon her experience as both an attorney in private practice and as a legal recruiter, which provides her unique insight into how to meet the demands and needs of legal employment.

Stephanie graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing. Stephanie received her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center, from which she graduated in 1996. Stephanie’s education in business and marketing as well as the law, coupled with her legal and recruiting experience, provide her with the perfect combination of skills to connect clients and candidates successfully.

A native Texan, Stephanie lives in Dallas with her husband, Reuben, and her three sons, Benjamin, Justin and Aaron. She is active in the broader Dallas civic and philanthropic communities and currently serves on the Executive Board of the Gladys Golman/Faye Dallan Education Fund.

Emily McGee, Esq.

As an executive recruiter of Amicus Solutions, Emily assists Amicus clients by providing contract attorneys and all other legal support professionals on a contract, temporary to permanent, and direct hire basis.

Emily is a licensed attorney in both the states of Texas and Pennsylvania, and has formerly practiced law for three years. She has previous experience as both a contract attorney and a commercial litigation associate in Dallas. Emily’s unique background allows her to fully understand the needs of our clients, in addition to understanding the importance of matching our candidates in an environment that will allow them to be successful.

Emily graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor degree in English, and received her law degree from The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law. A Dallas Native, Emily lives with her husband Brandon, and their two dogs Landry and Austin. She continues to participate in Dallas Bar Association events, and is a member of the Dallas Young Lawyers Association.
